What we collect and why

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and any contact or group-planning details you choose to provide. We use these to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. The required form fields are needed to handle your enquiry; you can also contact us by email or telephone.

Requests for a quotation or booking are processed to take steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). General professional correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required by law are retained to comply with those obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Reading this policy does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please limit the information you send

This form is for adult group organisers. Approximate ages and numbers are sufficient at the enquiry stage. Please do not send passports, medical information or lists identifying children. If participant information is required for a booking, we will explain the purpose and collection arrangements separately.

Services involved

Webnode provides the website and form infrastructure. Google Workspace provides our corporate email and business document tools. These providers and their authorised service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Relevant programme suppliers receive information necessary to arrange services only when required for your request or booking. Authorities may receive data where the law requires it.

Provider services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-processing terms set out transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can request information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry by contacting us.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence while dealing with your request and any related follow-up. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims requires retention. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence forms part of the booking records and is retained for the applicable contractual and legal periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing by writing to info@premierfootballtours.com or our postal address. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
